KEY FEATURES:
- Bedrooms: Enjoy a restful night in any of the 2 bedrooms with king-size beds, or the 1 bedroom with twin beds. For a 7th guest a rollaway bed or inflatable mattress is available. Each bedroom features a Smart TV.
- Bathrooms: Each bathroom features spacious, open showers and a set of basic amenities to get you started.
- Kitchen: The heart of the apartment, the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances like a microwave, oven, dishwasher, and a large fridge/freezer, alongside all necessary cookware and dining utensils. Please note paper towels are not provided.
- Living/Dining Area: Unwind in a spacious living area with a large corner couch, a dining table, and a 60-inch Samsung Smart TV.

- Utilities Included:
Water and electricity are included in the reservation price. Please keep this in mind when comparing with other rental properties. We kindly ask to use the air conditioning responsibly when not in the house.
- Tailored Experiences:
We work with a great concierge who can arrange anything from private chefs and in-home massages (based on availability) to local recommendations.
- Mid-Stay Cleaning:
Available upon request and subject to availability (extra fee applies).
- Baby Gear:
Pack n’ Play and high chair available on request.
- Beach Essentials:
We provide beach towels, a cooler, and beach chairs. Snorkel gear and umbrellas not included. Beach chairs must be returned to the condo after use; missing or damaged chairs incur a $100 replacement fee.
- Towels:
2 bath towels and 1 beach towel per guest included for the duration of your stay. Please note that we don’t supply wash cloths due to hygienic reasons.
- Starter Kit:
Travel kit of shampoo, conditioner & soap to get you started. We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Please note we do not provide paper towels to keep up with Aruba’s sustainability standards. Instead we provide a reusable cloth for your convenience. The above items are provided as starter supplies. Should any of these run out, guests are welcome to replenish these items if additional quantities are needed during their stay.
- Clean & Ready:
Professionally cleaned before arrival and after check-out.
- Check-in & Check-out:
Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and availability (additional charges may apply).
- No Party Policy:
Unauthorized parties are strictly prohibited and may result in a $750 fine.
- No Drugs Policy:
Possession or use of illegal drugs will result in immediate termination of the stay.
- Travel Insurance:
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance as soon as you book your trip. This ensures immediate coverage for unexpected situations such as illness, injury, accidents, travel delays, or other unforeseen events that may disrupt your plans. Travel insurance provides peace of mind and helps protect you from financial loss related to these circumstances. Please note that without travel insurance, any losses due to emergencies will be your sole responsibility.
Our cancellation policy will be strictly followed, and refunds will only be issued according to the applicable terms.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 60 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $500.00. The damage deposit is payable upon booking. It will be automatically refunded on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
All reservations are subject to a 24-hour cancellation period, during which guests may cancel for a full refund, provided the reservation was confirmed at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
Following the expiration of the 24-hour cancellation period, cancellations made sixty (60) or more days prior to check-in shall be eligible for a refund equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total reservation amount, including applicable taxes.
Cancellations made fewer than sixty (60) days prior to check-in shall not be eligible for a refund.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance immediately after booking to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as illness, injury, accidents, travel delays, weather events, or other disruptions that may affect your travel plans. Please note that refunds, credits, date changes, or exceptions will not be granted for any reason outside of the cancellation policy stated above. By making a reservation, guests acknowledge and accept that any losses resulting from personal emergencies, medical issues, transportation disruptions, weather conditions, government actions, or other unforeseen events remain the sole responsibility of the guest. Our cancellation policy will be strictly followed, and refunds will only be issued according to the applicable terms.

✔ Smart TVs: Available for your use. Please log in with your own streaming accounts.
✔ Laundry: A washer and dryer are available in the unit. Please bring your own detergent, as this is not provided.Towels: We provide 1 beach towel and at least 2 bath towels per guest. Please note that due to hygienic reasons we don't provide wash cloths. Please do not use bath towels, hand towels, or beach towels for makeup removal, as makeup products can permanently stain the fabric. We kindly ask guests to bring and use their own makeup removal wipes or cloths. Charges may apply for heavily stained towels that cannot be restored.
✔ Community rules: For everyone’s safety, please refrain from bringing glass with you in to the pools. We kindly ask that you respect the neighbors and keep noise levels down after 10:00 P.M.
✔ Our standard check-in time is 4:00 P.M. Our standard check-out time is 11:00 A.M. Please inform us if there are significant deviations in your planned arrival or departure times. Early check-in or late check-out are available upon availability and must be agreed in advance. Guests who remain in the property beyond the scheduled check-out time of 11:00 AM without prior approval may be charged a late check-out fee of $100 USD.
