- Utilities Included: Water and electricity are included in your reservation. We kindly ask guests to use air conditioning responsibly when away from the property.
- Concierge Services: Our trusted concierge can assist with private chefs, in-home massages, excursions, transportation, and local recommendations (subject to availability).
- Mid-Stay Cleaning: Available upon request for an additional fee.
- Baby Equipment: Pack n' Play and high chair available upon request.
- Beach Essentials: Beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler are provided. Snorkel gear and umbrellas are not included. Beach chairs must be returned to the condo after use. Missing or damaged chairs will incur a $100 replacement fee.
- Towels: Two bath towels and one beach towel per guest are provided for the duration of the stay. Washcloths are not provided for hygiene reasons.
- Starter Supplies: We provide a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, soap, and two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. To support sustainability efforts, paper towels are not supplied; instead, a reusable cleaning cloth is provided. These items are intended as starter supplies, and guests are responsible for replenishing any additional quantities needed during their stay.
- Professionally Cleaned: The condo is professionally cleaned before arrival and after departure.
- Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.
- No Parties: Unauthorized parties or events are strictly prohibited and may result in a fine of up to $750.
- No Illegal Drugs: Possession or use of illegal drugs will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
- Travel Insurance Recommended: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance immediately after booking. Travel insurance can provide coverage for unforeseen circumstances such as illness, injury, accidents, weather disruptions, and travel delays. Without travel insurance, any financial losses resulting from these events remain the guest's responsibility.
Our cancellation policy will be strictly enforced, and refunds will only be issued in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 60 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $500.00. The damage deposit is payable upon booking. It will be automatically refunded on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
All reservations are subject to a 24-hour cancellation period, during which guests may cancel for a full refund, provided the reservation was confirmed at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
Following the expiration of the 24-hour cancellation period, cancellations made sixty (60) or more days prior to check-in shall be eligible for a refund equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total reservation amount, including applicable taxes.
Cancellations made fewer than sixty (60) days prior to check-in shall not be eligible for a refund.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance immediately after booking to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as illness, injury, accidents, travel delays, weather events, or other disruptions that may affect your travel plans. Please note that refunds, credits, date changes, or exceptions will not be granted for any reason outside of the cancellation policy stated above. By making a reservation, guests acknowledge and accept that any losses resulting from personal emergencies, medical issues, transportation disruptions, weather conditions, government actions, or other unforeseen events remain the sole responsibility of the guest. Our cancellation policy will be strictly followed, and refunds will only be issued according to the applicable terms.

✔ Smart TVs: Available for your use. Please log in with your own streaming accounts.
✔ Laundry: A washer and dryer are available in the unit. Please bring your own detergent, as this is not provided.Towels: We provide 1 beach towel and at least 2 bath towels per guest. Please note that due to hygienic reasons we don't provide wash cloths. Please do not use bath towels, hand towels, or beach towels for makeup removal, as makeup products can permanently stain the fabric. We kindly ask guests to bring and use their own makeup removal wipes or cloths. Charges may apply for heavily stained towels that cannot be restored.
✔ Community rules: For everyone’s safety, please refrain from bringing glass with you in to the pools. We kindly ask that you respect the neighbors and keep noise levels down after 10:00 P.M.
✔ Our standard check-in time is 4:00 P.M. Our standard check-out time is 11:00 A.M. Please inform us if there are significant deviations in your planned arrival or departure times. Early check-in or late check-out are available upon availability and must be agreed in advance. Guests who remain in the property beyond the scheduled check-out time of 11:00 AM without prior approval may be charged a late check-out fee of $100 USD.

✔ Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance as soon as you book your trip. This ensures immediate coverage for unexpected situations such as illness, injury, accidents, travel delays, or other unforeseen events that may disrupt your plans. Travel insurance provides peace of mind and helps protect you from financial loss related to these circumstances. Please note that without travel insurance, any losses due to emergencies will be your sole responsibility.
