We had a great stay, it was our first trip to Aruba and were very impressed! The location is great, walkable to beach and restaurants. Really nice pool and restaurant/bar on site. Host was extremely responsive and gave us recommendations on where to go on the island and made us feel right at home. We will most definitely be returing soon!!!

This place was perfect (for 2 people) for what we were looking for. This was our first time in Aruba and we will definitely be back and would absolutely stay here again. The host was very responsive and helpful with tips on places to eat. It’s literally a 5 minute walk to Eagle Beach. They have a nice little bar right next to the pool near the lobby of this resort. Right on the corner (3min walked) there is a nice restaurant called Steaming Eagle which was good. If you want to head into the high rise/up town area it’s a very quick taxi ride. Maybe 10min. Make sure to bring cash as most taxi drivers are cash only. All in all I would recommend this place if you are looking to stay in Aruba and not break the bank account. Cheers!
I’d go back to this place. Great location near the beach and restaurants. The host is great so helpful and responsive very quickly. The place is clean and has all the kitchens stuff to make your own food. Thank you for an amazing hospitality
Wonderful stay in Aruba! The host was incredibly responsive, supplying recommendations of where to eat and what to do. The place itself was so cute. Very private and felt safe. Really the only thing you need to bring is a bathing suit! 4 of us stayed there comfortably in the king and sofa couch. We will definitely be back again soon!
The pearl was awesome very clean and pools was fantastic with beach literally 5 min walk will stay here again in the future
The condo was clean and tidy. The use of the cooler and beach chairs are a bonus and come in very handy. The unit is located on the main floor and located close to the barbecues for doing your own cooking which is quite convenient. We certainly enjoyed our stay.
Well located, well appointed, well maintained rental in beautiful Aruba and the hosts are charming, ultra responsive and dedicated. The condos is safe and quiet with a nice small market around the corner for basic essentials. Eagle Beach is just a 4 minute walk and is the best, least crowded and most walkable. There are ongoing construction sites on either side of the road walking to the beach but you don’t see them or hear them from the rental. You most likely would keep the shades down in the front and back for privacy and AC conservation which makes the rooms less luminous, but that is a personal choice and really nice to be on the ground floor. In any case AC works super well. A great place hosted by really nice folks. A safe bet! I recommend.
A wonderful place with a zen vibe, easy access to the world’s #2 beach, but #1 to us! Walking distance to EVERYTHING!!
The condo was pretty nice and worked well for our 5 day stay. Hosts were very kind and responsive. Beach chairs, ironing board, pillows, and some other amenities are due for an upgrade, but otherwise had basically everything you need for a beach vacation. Easy walk to eagle beach but need to drive to palm/malmok/divi beach. A/C worked well and bed was super comfy.
I loved this airbnb it was equipped with everything you need for your trip to Aruba. It was in a perfect location, close enough to everything and the host were always attentive for anything you need. Definitely recommend and would come back!

We had a great time staying at SunStays apartment in Noord. The apartment was spotless when we walked in and had everything we needed (couldn’t have asked for anything else). He was also very quick to respond when we had questions and had solutions immediately when problems arose. The ac in our bedroom stopped working during our stay and Maarten sent a crew out the very next morning to replace it. The apartment also had beach chairs and a cooler to make our beach visits more enjoyable wherever we went. We will most definitely be returning to Aruba and booking our next stay with Maarten/Jorinde. He will ensure that you feel like you’re at home.

My partner and I stayed at this condo for a week and it was amazing. The location was great because it was away from all the big hotels. The pearl condo’s are a great spot if your looking for a private area on eagle beach. The condo was extremely clean and nice! Would definitely book again!
Had a wonderful time in Jorinde’s place! Looked exactly as pictured. Had everything we needed for an easy stay. Bed was extremely comfortable, plenty of towels and cookware to make breakfasts each morning. Was grateful to see a cooler and beach chairs for use, also. In addition to the excellent accommodations, Jorinde was so quick to respond to any questions and even made a dinner reservation for us! Would absolutely stay there again.
From start to finish, this lovely host was accommodating and flexible with my stay. The condo is located across from Eagle Beach, which in my opinion, is one of the best beaches in Aruba. In addition, the condo is 10 min from Palm Beach and most attractions. The condo is perfect for two people, providing a half kitchen with everything one needs to make meals. In addition, the property includes a massive pool with a swim-up bar, and a large jacuzzi, in a separate designated bbq area, where you will find community grills and everything you need. Overall, it was a beautiful, modern place with all the detailed amenities needed during your stay. Lastly, the hosts were extremely responsive, attentive, and kind throughout the process. If you want a great stay in a fantastic, don’t look beyond this beautiful place.

Really enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy and everything as described. We had a bit of an issue with our flights and our host responded within minutes about extending our stay. He was also able to make us a reservation even though they were booked. The place is clean and cozy. There are a couple of small shops nearby to buy necessities and snacks. Kitchen was perfect for breakfasts in the morning. Although we didn’t use them the property also had grills, etc. We appreciate the great stay!

Great location, walked to the beach everyday. Very convenient that they had beach chairs we could take with us everyday instead of having to rent on the beach. We will be back!
Really nice place, had everything we needed and was very clean. Loved how close it was to the beach and restaurants and even has a little tiny market for some things we forgot to pack. Nice deep pool and a hot tub as well!
The location is amazing for a quiet get away. Not as built up though new construction is happening. This area is a gem surrounded by bustling condo complexes. The staff was very pleasant. Pool was quiet and clean. Beach down the street did not have the crowds like to the left or right but offered everything one needs. Would go this area again for certain
