We loved our stay here. Each rooms with private bathrooms, it was great. The beach chairs are great and nice that are provided. The pool area and other amenities were great as well. Communication was also great and would respond fast. We would stay here again!!

Great condo in a well kept development with lots of amenities (pools, grills, ice machine, bar, outdoor showers). Only a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach and all the Bach supplies provided (chairs and coolers were key). Also, had snorkeling gear delivered to the house for a reasonable price. Very responsive and friendly hosts as well. Only thing to be aware of is there is a lot of construction going on on the road that you walk to the beach on because of a new resort being built. Not noisy or any disturbance where you stay but makes for a less enjoyable walk with all the construction equipment and noise. Really not a problem, just something to note.

We enjoyed our stay and its location to Eagle Beach. It was a quick 5min walk and brought you right to some palapa’s located on the beach. The beach chairs provided were perfect and a must! The chairs had backpack straps making them easy to carry and travel to the beach with. The kids loved the pool and hot tub! The Shakers Bar located on the property was an added perk. They make the best fresh frozen margarita and were a great easy option for a quick breakfast. There is also a mini market next door which was very convenient. There is some construction going on down the street you walk to the beach but it didn’t bother us at all! Thanks for a great stay.
The apartment was perfect – a bedroom and bath for both myself and my dad. It was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the balcony in the early mornings and evenings before bed. The location is perfect to get to the beach and for peace and quiet. The multiple pools was perfect if you wanted sun or shade. And the host was super friendly and responsive – for all these reasons I will definitely return again.
Can’t beat the location, a charming apartment that has everything you may need, a great condo complex for families to stay and enjoy, a very nice pool, and good amenities. Café, a small shop, and some restaurants within walking distance. Just 5 minutes walk to the beach, parking on premises. The Host was very responsive, we had some questions and they responded in less than 10 minutes, easy to communicate and had outstanding customer services.
Exactly as described. Spacious and nicely decorated. Very close to the gorgeous Eagle Beach (short walk). We really appreciated the beach chairs and towels. Jorinde was so friendly and helpful and always responsive. Would definitely recommend!
Great place to stay! Jordine was very attentive to our needs and the condo was perfect! We had several chairs for the beach, 2 coolers, the kitchen was stocked! The pool is spacious and the walk to the beach was very short. Close the Super Foods and several restaurants within walking distance. We will be back!
This condo was very nice, was really clean and we loved that it only a 3-5 min walk to eagle beach! We also loved the condo had access to a pool and jacuzzi!

Nice place and location. Good size for a family of four. A dishwasher would be nice but otherwise we were mostly out and about exploring the island.

this is an amazing place to rest even to work and have a good time. the flat have everything you need. The host is always there to respond in case you have a question and giving you assistance and solutions 💖 The amenities in the place are enough and everything is clean and modern.
We had an incredible time in Aruba thanks to the amazing accommodations, location and the host Jorinde was super helpful, kind and considerate. The accommodations at this location were better than expected, extremely clean, wonderful amenities and so close to such a beautiful beach (eagle beach). It felt like a home away from home and the pool/hot tub and bbq was a awesome bonus to the place. They also have everything you need to enjoy your stay including things for the beach (chairs, cooler, towels, etc) and kitchen supplies/dishes. The cleaning staff when leaving were also extremely friendly, helpful and really care about making sure the place is just as nice for the next guest and keeping the place immaculate. We wish we could have stayed longer, but will definitely be back to stay here again 🙂
SunStays rentals apartment was incredible. Feel like home since the beginning – They always were aware about our stay and how was it going on. The Spot got a great location. Just 1-2 blocks from our perspective the best, clean, quite and beautiful beach in Aruba – Eagle beach. We rent a car and try to visit all the island, however, our favorite place was beach in front of the apartment. They got beach chairs and implements as a cooler and toys for children’s. About the Spot facilities, the jacuzzi was great and quite after beach day and the condo was kind of quite and private. The location is perfect. Just walkeable distance from great restaurants and different sports. We tried Screaming Eagle beach and kokoa restaurant at Aruba beach club.

We had the perfect stay at this place. The two block location from Eagle beach is ideal. Eagle Beach is in our opinion the best swim beach we’ve been to compared with beaches in Hawaii, Mexico and Europe: clean, no crowds, white sand and perfect temperature. The apartment is exactly as pictured. Clean, comfortable, very well appointed. We had everything we needed including lots of fun beach accessories. Everything is as pictured in the rental listing. What isn’t as visible is how gracious, communicative, thoughtful and generous Pieter and Jorinde are as hosts. They both communicated throughout our stay and even guided and made restaurant reservations for us in advance. We would recommend their place without reservation to anyone who would like a magical time in Aruba 😊
The condo is a home away from home and has everything you need. It’s comfortably decorated and just a short walk to Eagle beach. Maarten & Jorinde are fantastic hosts and excellent communicators!

We had a great stay at this condo. The location was great, only a block away from Eagle beach. The pool was also awesome and we went in every day. They had a high chair available for our toddler which was a nice perk. And we used their beach chairs for our beach days so we didn’t have to rent them. We did have a rental car, which made it easy to get around, there’s not a ton of stuff to walk to in this area, but it’s very easy to drive around and the free parking was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

It’s a shame that the view is blocked by the new building that is being built right now. You are great hosts and very flexible ( for example, at check out). We will definitely come back. 2nd stay, perfect just like the last time. Beach is one block away, bar on site and a convenience store and spa right next door. Don’t overthink it, just book!
